Does this headset work with two phones?

Yes. I have it connected to my computer for Skype and to my cell phone. Great device and very reliable.

How is the Microphone quality?

i have found this microphone to have good-to-great sound quality and a good range for the bluetooth connection. It's the best headpiece I've purchased, so far and it's comfortable.

I have small ears. Will it feel bulky behind my ear?

No, it will be. Very light . behind the ear. So light you will forget you have it on

Can you hear text messages through the headset?

It will do whatever your phone can do but on voice command it does use a lot of battery on my iPhone
