I needed a duty light and wanted something dependable. Though not the highest lumens light in this price range, I wanted a brand name. It's a great light, very bright and the automatic reset to high after being off for 3 seconds is a nice feature (that way your not cycling through low or strobe). The carry case is well made too and the light itself is sturdy and well built.

It's very bright which is great, but it gets hot, will see how it goes !

I wanted something smaller to carry on my duty belt, so I took a chance on this one and it hasn't disappointed yet. It's solidly built, and has stood up to a couple of pretty rough drops on concrete. It's light output is comparable to that of the larger rechargeable Streamlights that they furnish us with at work, and it's more than bright enough for my uses. The battery life is adequate, it will last a couple of weeks on one set of batteries with pretty heavy usage.The only thing I don't care for is the system for switching between low/high/strobe. This requires multiple clicks of the power button to cycle through the modes(which is pretty standard on modern flashlights), and I usually have to cycle through to find high each time I switch it on. I only ever use the high setting, and would prefer just a simple on/off, but it's only a minor annoyance.Overall, I'm very happy with this one, and would recommend it to anyone needing a light for moderate/heavy daily usage.

Solid construction and bright light. Giving 4 star because it takes only CR123A batteries. It will be perfect if it takes 18650 battery,
