Excellent chairs
Nice chair. I have 29 from another vendor in Oregon that were $800 each. I've had them for several years and they are very nice chairs. Needed another one but couldn't wait for the Oregon shipment in 2 weeks. Ordered this one. Not only did I get it in days, it was just as good as the other chairs and less expensive.

Awesome Chair!
Chair is beautiful, arrived quickly and was well packaged, however it had a small tear from something rubbing on the vinyl in transit. Seller was extremely responsive to an issue we had with a small tear in the vinyl. Issued a credit to fix as we didn’t want to return it for such a small issue.

Love the color and design
I love the color and design a lot. They forgot to send me a screw and piece to my chair is what I disliked. And when my chair came in one side was not screwed in right. Plastic parts on the chair look a bit fragile. But we’ll see as soon as my husband starts using it.

Incomplete barber chairs
I’ve gotten 4 incomplete barber chairs, half of the chairs did not come with what I’ve ordered.....there’s no seating parts of the chairs. What I’ve received Is the back of the chairs the pump and the piece that is placed on the floor, in a tiny box I will return these chairs and I need my refund

Looks good but does not last
Bought this product and less than a year of use it malfunctions, the hydropump no longer allows the chair to stay up. Stay clear from this product or even the seller if you want quality. Don't be tricked like myself. Lemons

Just ok
The chair looks very nice and is overall sturdy BUT the foot rest is already off balance and loose. Only had for a week

Hard to assemble. Chair makes noises,
The chair was difficult to put together because the screws and bolts where not lining up right. Also the chair pops and slowly falls down after pumping it up. This happened right away. I needed the chair and I don’t have the time to take it apart and send it back. Smh this was a big disappointment. It looks nice but won’t last and it is not sturdy. It’s embarrassing when I have clients in the chair and it’s poping and slowly dropping. The kick also has screws falling out of it and I’m not a dang chair mechanic. I have no idea how to fix this chair. And I really shouldn’t have to be fixing it right away.
