TobarSchylling at Your Service Bell

This is not a very loud bell, which is perfect for a child playing school (and a parent who doesn't want to hear a loud bell).

The bell worked ok. It was cute.

I bought this for Boss's Day ... I know HE loves it ... no more shouting across the office to get my attention ... just a nice ring :)

Wasn't what I expected. The bell is not very loud at all. I was looking for something louder that could be heard from another room. If you want a soft bell then this would be good for you.

It serves the purpose, but very annoying since it will stop ringing and I have to pull the metal insert up again and again to get it to function (almost every time). I'm using this in my classroom to get the students' attention. I chose it bc of the color, which is nice. But it's a pain to have to reset constantly.

Working in a lobby where every sound reverberates, I was looking for a bell that had a soft sound but could still hear. This is a great little bell. The soft sound helps as everyone loves to ding it as they go by.

I bought this bell for a lot less at a local Marshalls and am very happy with it. I bought it as a gag gift for my grandad. Love the red base which I think is quite rare and it makes a good sound. It does NOT have any plastic parts like one of the reviewers mentioned. It is entirely metal. As the colorful image on the box suggests (a bellboy saying "at your service!") I don't think this was intended to be used at a loud restaurant kitchen or busy medical office, and etc. but rather as a gift to poke fun at people who love being "served". Or as a toy for children. If you did care to read the description, it says this bell is a must for any "pretend store" lol.
