Looking Both Ways: An Egyptian-American Journey Paperback – April 10, 2017

I absolutely loved this book. I love the essay format, very interesting and relaxing read. It left my emotions all over! Several places where I laughed quite a bit but there were parts that also made me cry through a deep personal connection. Kaldas is a phenomenal writer with beautiful imagery and a realness that's hard to come by. If you're looking for a book that will make you feel and think, this one is worth the read!
