SANS SUCREApple Cinnamon Coffee Cake Mix (sweetened with Stevia)

My husband is diabetic and cannot eat much sugar. SO I am always trying top come up with a sugar free treat for him to enjoy. But I know that splenda and aspartame can cause cancer and neurolgical disorders. So I hate to make him something wiht those in it. Stevia has been the answer to this problem. Stevia is all natural and is not known to cause cancer or any other bad side effects and best of all, it is really sweet but does nto raise blood sugar. This coffee cake tastes great and does nto raise his blood sugar. I added some apple sauce and melted butter to add even more fiber to help his blood sugar stay low and both additions only enhanced the deliciousness. This is a great product and I will defintely be buying more of it! I just wish they would make even more stevia sweetened baking mixes!

Pretty bland and tasteless. I added some icing and cinnamon but it didn’t help much.

My husband said it tasted like a bland pancake. Couldn't really taste the apple nor cinnamon.

This is a great Stevia apple cinnamon coffee cake mix. It is very light and has so much flavor. I highly recommend it. It is great as a snack treat with a cup of coffee.

Could be a little sweeter And I like things on the sweet side. Otherwise it very good product to bake for dessert or breakfast. Use a little cream cheese on top and you really have yourself a great treat.

Very tasty. Surprisingly so, given that it’s such a healthier alternative! I baked it in mini cakes for my babies’ first birthday. They loved it and didn’t get a sugar crash/meltdown!

I didn't mind paying a bit more because it had Stevia instead of artifical sweeteners. That didn't seem to matter because it was sickening sweet and left a bad after taste. It tasted nothing like apples or cinnamon and it didn't rise one iota & came out flat as a pancake. After we each tried a piece the rest went right into the trash. Unfortunately, I also bought their brownie mix. Cross my fingers and hope they are mord edible.

We replaced all natural 100% apple juice for the oil and water and these turned out so moist! very deliciouse
