This powder is exactly what I wanted. However, for someone having no understanding of naringin needs to be aware. This stuff will gag you if you don't encapsulate it. The taste can't be hidden by mixing in a drink. I've made four months supply worth of capsules and have about half the container remaining. Excellent price, great quality. I plan on using more bulk supplements brand products.
