Disney 41359A Mickey Mouse Statue Watch

After reading Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, I too wanted a mickey mouse watch.When this package came in the mail, I was eager to show it off so I opened the package in a living room full of guys watching college football. It turns out, this watch was housed in a very pink box graced by assorted Disney princesses. Hm. After the laughter died down and after being called many loving and endearing names by my fellow men, I put it on. This thing is small! Or at least smaller than I expected. It is not child's size, as the band fits around my wrist, but the diameter of the watch face is about 28mm. But still, I loved it!The watch is definitely only for show. Just from washing my hand, water would enter the watch and it would fog up the glass from the inside. Dust particles also got into the watch.After a couple weeks, the band started to take on a bad odor. Now, this may say something about my hygiene, however, I have had rubber banded watches before and cleaning the band was very easy. This cloth band soaked up odors very easily and was impossible to clean. Scrubbing with hot water and soap or ethyl alcohol did not work. But then again, this may just say something about my potent man-funk.Time also needs to be adjusted a couple minutes a week.So in short, it easily lets water in, the band eats your funk, time needs adjusting frequently but it is a great novelty item.

I love this watch! The face is large enough to see the numbers clearly, the unique band is fun, it keeps time perfectly, and, of course, how can you not smile when you look at Mickey's hands pointing out the time?

A good buy, couldn't find anything like it locally for this price. It came in a High School Musical box though...kinda weird.

Didn't last long because the person I bought it for is tough on things like this. Still a great watch and it comes with a cool piggy bank.

The watch is great. The band is so pretty and it's so differnt. The face is perfect, not to big but yet not to small.
