Resistance Bands for Women, OMERIL Exercise Bands Set with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Stretch Bands for Exercise Working Out Fitness Home Gym

Not a great band if you’re looking to use it for a home workout. I am used to weights at the gym, so buying a resistance band was a new world to me. This is just a long piece of latex. It has no handles, but you can tie it in a knot to improv. Might be good for stretching or yoga, but not weight training. Wish I thought about that. Would not buy again.

Even the supposedly "XX-Heavy" band in this package provides effectively zero resistance. Doing a side shuffle glute exercise across the room with the XX-Heavy band around my feet, I barely feel it. I might as well be using no band, and I'd get pretty much the same lack of workout. The "light" version in this package provides less resistance than a flimsy rubberband; it would be pushing your hand through water and pretending you were doing some kind of press exercise.

These arrived quickly and packed efficiently.The workout bands them selves are pretty self-explanatory but they do provide a small booklet with exercise examples for you.I had to remove one star from durability because one band did have a fold that lead to a tear in it. The company was prompt to replace it for me, which I really appreciate.Overall the bands are great for whatever type of workout you want to do. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of resistance behavior vans provided. I used to be a lifter so when the extra heavy band was difficult to do a bicep curl with I smiled.

so after a handful of uses the LIGHT band snaps. the "warranty" is a joke: sends pictures, send the order, do their research only to be told that the band that costs them 50 CENTS wont be replaced because they dont send out individual replacements - so for the "warranty" to work you have to break ALL of the bands. they did offer to $2. i guess one is supposed to use the $2 to do exactly what? don't buy this product.

I was really excited for these. A friend showed me some exercises using her resistance band and I really enjoyed it. Well, these in comparison are annoying. They seem to have great durability and the weight is nice, BUT they constantly ROLL! It takes forever to straighten them back out because they don’t WANT to. If you don’t mind constant rolling, then you will do okay with this.However, I’m probably going to return for this reason.

I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of these bands! Unlike other bands I’ve used in the past, these bands don’t slip on your skin and pinch. I love that the bands are not only color coordinated with the resistance they provide, but they also say the size and resistance on the band. It’s great that they come with their own carrying pouch too! They are perfect for repeat in-home workouts and the durability of these bands ensures that your workouts can continue beyond one use! I highly recommend these workout bands if you’re ready for high quality equipment for a very reasonable price!

Very nice product. Unlike many unbranded products on Amazon which are cheap Chinese rip off (Amazon should not permit this), this is a real company with an actual address and contact information. Very nice packaging plus a nice little carry bag. At a more than reasonable price.Nice work, Omeril.

These arrived quickly and seem to be a good value for the money. I was pleased they came with a little book with some home exercise ideas. My gym is closed for covid-19 and I was needing some home exercise weight resistance. This has a nice array and I like that the bands are each a different color for the different weights.

Purchased the Omeril resistance bands due to COVID and gyms being closed in my area, so for home workout resistance bands are great. This has been the best investment for my home gym as it's great quality and withstands its shape in all different exercise techniques.Made out of great quality, it provides a premium look and feel which is accompanied by a nice pocket bag and booklet with instructions of sample workouts which is really handy. It comes with 5 band types so you can go from light to very heavy depending on your goals, but I highly recommend this product as a gym instructor. I have also recommended this product to a number of my colleagues and client and so far they are amazed at the price, quality, and durability. Best resistance bands on the market for quality and cost.

These seem like good value for good quality, but time will tell. I've tried out four of the five bands and they are a great improvement on the ones I had previously as they are slightly wider and provide more resistance. Haven't experienced any problems with them rolling up. Overall I am very happy with them.

They are very stretchy and seem strong but unfortunately they wrap up while i use them and become really uncomfortable so i have to keep taking them off straighten them up...I guess they can be ok to start with but...

The bands are extremely suitable for my needs. I have started by using the very light band as I am a beginner. I have found it easy to use following exercises from Pinterest.

The light, medium and even the heavy are flimsy and stretchy. Not at all helpful for a routine Pilates workout. I will buy different brand next time.
