The mug is beautiful and fits well in my hand. It conducts heat extremely well so you can't hold it until your beverage cools some.

Not having cold hands usually myself I can attest to how warm this mug is, and it is a lovely feeling even for me. It is a pretty mug I bought the green and I am so glad I did. It didn't disappoint. It is going to be my perfect cool month mug Im sure my arthritic hands will be very grateful. It is an all around wonderful mug a must have.

First time I ever paid so much for a cup...………… Don't know if I received a right-handed or left-handed mug or even if I prefer a right or left-handed one. I thought that the mug heated up too hot to handle at first, then rapidly lost the heat. The biggest complaint was that while hand washing the mug after using it only a few times, a slight bump chipped the lip of the mug and a corn kernel sized piece of the glaze fell off.I expect this with cheap decorative mugs (ie Christmas mugs) which are more useful for display than everyday use, but at $30 +, I won't be purchasing another of these for either myself or as gifts

Really lovely, rather large, but really beautiful. I’m happy with it.

The mug has a glaze on it and underneath glaze are brown speckles. I ordered two of these and both had these speckles. Seems like they weren’t painted correctly before glaze was applied.
