Can be used to punch holes for size 3 eyelets Suitable for use in manual hand presses. Made of durable metal. You will receive one hole punch drill and the base. The manual hand press machine is NOT included. The top piece is threaded. The thread size is 1/4" = 6.35mm . Bottom piece is a push on ( non-threaded) Bottom ( tray piece) is 12mm.
