Did NOT kill the mold. A mixture of Borax, baking soda, and Bon Ami and Hydrogen Peroxide did though, and a lot less toxic. You can substitute OXO brite (not OXY brite) for Bon Ami and Hydrogen Peroxide. Used this to kill the mold on drywall and in my AC grill (which I sprayed then the next day sprayed again and with toothbrush came off) MicroBan failed on both.

The Mediclean Lemon Germicidal Concentrate Cleaner works very well. There isn't a strong chemical odor, and this gallon will last me forever. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Works great if you can get the spray on the problem causing odors. Microban smells good and it could be just a bit more stronger and or longer lasting. We used Microban on the walls, floors, and cabinets leaving no stains or damage. The laminate flooring was ruined by unauthorized cats owned by a renter. The smell was horrendous! It took about four times of spraying - saturating the floor, waiting a few days in between, but it killed the smell enough to work in the house. It also killed the smell in the tiled grout and saved us from tearing it out. Good product.

We used this to clean up and kill some mold, worked great. I also used it for some general cleaning around the house and was impressed. Worked well, no overpowering odor. No residue noted where we cleaned the mold and nothing grew back, its been a month.

Getting ready to buy more. We flooded out during Hurricane Harvey and the Corps of Engineers. Microban is one of the few products that is not toxic to pets which is extremely important to me. I am going to purchase some more before we move back into our home which, after 4 months of being “built back,” will likely be within the next few weeks.

This concentrate works exceedingly well. It has kept the mold from returning in areas that are prone to dampness.

It’s a concentrate of Microban which is said to kill a good virus.
