Face Mask Tactical Mask Compatible with Nerf Rival, Apollo, Zeus, Khaos, Atlas, Artemis Blasters Rival Mask (Blue)

Was a total hit at the birthday party.

This particular mask was for my 10 year old daughter, as we had a massive nerf war coming up and she was concerned about just wearing goggles. The mask looks good and has a solid feel to it, however it does not sit well on her face. All of the pressure is on the nose piece and right above the eyes. After about 10 minutes she came over and asked to remove it and just wear the standard goggles instead. When she took it off, it was clear from the marks on her face that it wasn't sitting right.After we got home I tried loosening it just a bit, however then it was not staying in place and kept sliding down when she ran.Considering how active a nerf war is (running, ducking, etc), we really needed a mask that will stay in place without causing excessive discomfort. Something with more forehead support (instead of relying on plastic around the eyes) would be much more ideal.

Anything to protect the grandson's eyes!! I was happy to find these shields and extra happy that my two wild little grandsons would wear them and thought they were "cool"! They love playing Nerf Guns and as all little boys get rather crazed doing it. Safety is essential in having fun and being responsible. These face masks make me feel better about their games. If you need more than one do buy the two pack and get the nice savings. I was Birthday shopping and missed the fact they came in a double pack. Even if you have just one child to buy for the double pack is nice for sharing with a visiting friend to keep the game safe.

Bought for my Son. He completed the star rating. Says “It works, hurts my face if I wear it too long.”

I purchased this for my son last Easter. He loves it. Not only does he use it to protect his face from Nerf darts, he also pretends it is a gas mask and respirator at times. It has potential for many uses. The one thing I was disappointed in, was the rubber seal/lining came undone in just a few days. That hasnt deterred my son from playing with it though.
