Well House looks nice
We installed our new well house and it looks nice. The instructions were easy to follow. We bolted the end supports to the concrete to stabilize it during wind. We will be able to remove 4 screws to have access to our well if service is required. Thanks, Living Fresh Foods

White wishing well
Love this Wishing Well very pretty in the yard. I put it together by myself. Little expensive but will last a long time.

Better be patient to assemble!
Should have been much easier to assemble! Directions are included but poorly written. Due to a majority of the guide holes not aligning, I had to drill new guidelines. The impact was most noticeable on the side view rooflines. To properly assemble the base, I wrapped it with a tight bungee cord to bring some stability to the base to enable securing the screws in the base.

Assembly instructions could be better.
Roof assembly brace and panels could be identified better using labels for top and bottom.

Great product
Put it together by myself, but it would help if you had two people. Very nice wishing well. Didn't come with any stakes so I made my own. Very happy with the product.

Not worth the money
The product was below standard to say the least. The roof pieces do not fit together properly and I reached out to manufacturer and the response was wait for new parts or drill your own holes. It just sucks paying this much money for something that looks subpar. The bottom part went together great but the roof not so much. Instructions need to be a bit better and the quality control needs to inspect pieces and parts before shipping. I would never buy this again. And just how do you return it when it’s all together before the roof was installed because if I could I would have.

Not too sturdy. but enough to stay in place generally
A little awkward putting together, very shifting pieces, have a buddy with you. Lightweight, wind over 60 mph will turn it over. Not too sturdy. but enough to stay in place generally.I did not like nor use their makeshift wooden bar and handle--does not handle weight, and handle is metal and very loose with a small screw. I went to wellwater boy dot com for a handy do-it yourself bar, handle and bucket, which can bring up (depending on well depth) 2 gals per minute by oneself. This is a good height and width, keeps little critters out (including children, if that's a worry). I originally had a large boulder as a wellcap, but needed something new due to this well's inner dimensions. I purchased a 26 inch diam. steel wok, turned it over and attached a handle on bottom, and placed it over the well opening--fit perfect in wishing well interior, with one inch override along edge of well opening. Placed a cement block (unseen from outside) on top of overturned wok.Attractive, can be painted. (Plastic finish is VERY slippery and glossy, I sanded it with rough sandpaper, and painted it brown with three coats of paint--took about three hours with one coat). Some white now showing through after two years of use). I wish the company had a brown color version though...to match particular landscapes.
