These pills are FANTASTIC! I've been taking 3 a day and I can literally feel myself growing muscle! ! Definitely recommend! ! My workouts are so much better. I'm much stronger while I'm lifting with these a lot stronger. . Make sure you eat if you want more strength.

Expensive laxative. Two of my other lifting buddies bought this as well, one who said he had had positive results from this brand before. We all three experienced magma-like diarrhea, and what I can best describe as having a large rock in your stomach. Lifting was a test in rectal fortitude.
