This appliance is a veggie shredding power machine! That part is great. After several weeks of using only the plastic attachments, I wanted to use the meat grinder attachment to make soybean purée. The attachment is designed to fit into the plastic housing on the front of the machine. Unfortunately, the locking mechanisms (“teeth”) are too large on the attachment, so there’s not enough clearance on the matching plastic teeth to turn the attachment into the upright position. And, yes, it’s not because of the locking pin! It’s a mismatch in the dimensions of the metal (aluminum) part. I had zero issues with the plastic attachment. Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t want to return the machine. I just need the meat grinder attachment with appropriate-sized teeth to fit. Also, it’s a bummer that the metal parts cannot be put in the dishwasher. I tried cleaning them in my sink full of dishwater, and all of the parts are covered in black powdery aluminum oxide. I guess I soaked them in the sink too long. If it wasn’t for the issues with the aluminum parts, I would give this product a five star rating in every category. In the photo, I took the plastic front of the machine off by removing the four screws. I tried to lock in the metal meat grinder, but the metal teeth are hitting the plastic teeth instead of locking in behind them.

Product is easy to use. Ours did not come with the deflector and the veggies we were slicing went everywhere. It also did not have a user manual with it. We used a U-tube video to help set up the first time. Everything else seems to work fine. UPDATE: I have now use this grinder/grater on both meat and veggies. I ground pulled pork, potatoes and onions together for South Carolina barbeque hash and it turned out great. Perfect consistency. I also ground cabbage and carrots for my homemade coleslaw with no issues. This is a really good home use grinder. Don't expect this to be commercial grade. Feed with smaller cuts and you'll have no trouble. I am hoping my review to four stars stars from the initial three.

This meat grinder was a replacement for my manual food processor which one was very hard to use. This meat grinder is AWESOME because of the following reasons:• It works better• It has two different size of meat grounder• It has multiple shredding attachments and slicing attachments• It's easy to assumable and clean• It’s very easy to use• It has a enough power for normal use• Little weightSo far my really happy with performance of this meat grinder.

My daughter and I made homemade Zucchini Relish which you grind up zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, & onions. It worked great. We let it cool off while washing additional veggies. So everything was copacetic. Haven't used the salad shooter part yet but I'm sure it will be good also.

Received the meat grinder late last night, After cleaning all the parts with soap and warm water, I used it to grind the pork, and it comes out very nice and fast. The machines is in good size, and easy to used and clean.. I am happy to have this meat grinder.

its easy to clean and easy to use value for money but its raw material produces oxidation,and this is harmful and may be toxic
