FootJoy Men's Arc Xt-Previous Season Style Golf Shoes

When I opened the box I thought OH Sugar! these are going to be too narrow. I like a wide shoe for golf since I do walk a lot and do not want to cramp my foot. I tried them on and they felt a little tight. Being hard headed I worm them on the course the next day. They are perfect! Material is giving, I got no binding over the top of the foot and they are broke in right out of the box. These should last like my last pair about 7 years or 280 rounds of golf.

I was looking for a second pair of shoes to complement my quite old, but still quite comfortable and functional original FootJoys. The size was right on the mark, and the overall design very pleasing. However I feel the quality did not match up to the past, and materials seemed to be more cheaply made. In particular, the tongue is not padded well and too short. As a result this placed excessive pressure over my instep, and I’m sure I would be quite uncomfortable during a round, so I returned them. Perhaps I need a more expensive pair, and best bet is to try them on before purchase. The return was very quick and easy.

Buying a shoe is difficult for me; size 14M. I have wore FJ for over 50 years and never had a bad pare. The only negative is that when I first wore them the toe bend was uncomfortable at first. By the end of the first round that had worked itself out.

Great shoe. Comfortable right out of the box. Played 18 th first day I wore them.

In the past I tried to buy leather shoes for comfort and water proving. These shoes are my second pair and both are as good as leather for much lower price. I buy two to change every other time.

Perfect fit! All I wear is FootJoy because of their perfect mix of traction, comfort, and style. I love the look of these shoes and cannot recommend them enough. Sizes run true; if you have a wide foot, get a wider size.

Golf shoes are as expected.It would be nice if they made a decent shoe that was leather at a reasonable price.

Received my shoes on time. Great looking pair of shoes and the fit was great. I wear a 10.5 EW and usually cannot find a great fitting and fantastic looking pair of golf shoes. Its been several rounds of golf with these shoes and, boy, are they comfortable and stable while playing golf. Love these shoes and would recommend for golfers with wide feet.

I bought these as they were extra wide and had the widest toe area. Even so my big toe is squashed as these shoes narrow to a point in the middle. My feet do not do that! My big toe is longer than my middle toes. I would probably have to order a size too big to avoid this.These shoes are synthetic and look it. At this price I would expect good quality leather. I have only worn these once so it is too early to talk about durability.

Wore these for the first time today. I usually wear shoe inserts for my plantar fasciitis but didn't today as it's not easy to remove the insole in the shoe. But no bother, I use a cart so I'm not walking much....but low and behold, no carts at today's course due to heavy rain and no cart paths.So I had to walk all 18 holes. At first the shoes were a bit tight and rubbed at the top of the tongue, but I loosened the laces off and I had no problems. At the end of my round my feet weren't sore, or wet (and it was water puddles everywhere), they were very comfortable and I can recommend these to anyone. I had a 10.5 wide and they were perfect.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them, he wore them the first day he got them and he said they were comfortable and they look sharp.

Good shoe at a good price, what else can you say.
