I am not an expert on royal jelly but I have used it. Now I know I really had no idea what I was buying after receiving my order from Stakich. This is the real deal. They even pack it in ice as it needs to stay cool. My other purchases never did this. Also proof is in the pudding. The reason I bought this in the first place was because I had been advised by a well known herbalist in Fes, Morocco to combine it with bee pollen & honey. I had a terrible virus/flu & even when symptoms were almost gone I had a terrible fatigue. Others said this might take weeks to disappear. After using the royal jelly, bee pollen & honey mixture for only 3 days the fatigue was completely gone like it never existed. I will continue taking it twice a day as I am feeling quite well.

Updated rating to a 4 because they took care of the situation but not a 5 due to initial response to the issue.** Update 1/15/24Customer service at Stakich reached out and is sending a new order of the Royal Jelly! I am hoping it arrives safely and sealed. I will update after it arrives. So happy when a company's customer service is so quick to respond, and helpful! :)******************************I was excited to try this Royal Jelly however when it arrived and I opened the Styrofoam container with the jar of product & 3 small ice packs, everything was covered in yellow sticky royal jelly!I immediately cleaned up the mess and opened the jar of Royal Jelly to see a diminished quantity of product in the bottle. I didn't think to take pics of the mess, but took pics of the bottle and sent to customer service. They responded basically saying I didn't know what I was talking about. The mess/spill was probably caused by a leaking ice pack! They said it could not possibly be the Royal Jelly that had leaked because the jars are sealed. They "guaranteed" (their words) that the product didn't leak. So basically calling me a liar. There was yellow sticky Royal jelly all over the inside of the box and the jar was covered in it. I wasn't just making that up. I refroze the ice packs just to be sure they didn't leak yellow sticky fluid, and they do not.Order at your own risk. The company will not stand by the shipment.

I consume 1/4 teaspoon on an empty stomach, nothing added. Sip a little water. Tastes great to me, very slightly bitter.(I wouldn't add honey... that's for bedtime with hot water, lemon and gi ger)

Royal jelly is the queen bees food, gives you excellent energy!

The tiny bottle gets to you inside a cute spyro foam box with some gel ice pads. Nice packaging, this people really care about it. I t comes with all the information you require for the product and the producer.The royal Honey is super pure. Highly recommend this brand / producer

I dont know if I like this stuff or not. I feel like it really helps with sleep but I think it caused me to be a bit emotional atleast more so than normal, Sad things got to me more than normal. Im not going to buy it again because it feels like this feeling has went away after I finished my jar.
