Disappointed
There are 3 major problems with it: First, the area where the wires plug in is tight, it is very hard to get power, HDMI, USB and NIC plugged in, specifically because the gray plastic (cage) is too close, and the wires need to be bent to get them plugged in. Second, right off the bat, when you log in, it automatically logs you in with an "admin" account, they didn't even "sysprep" the image for a proper user setup and experience. Third, as stated in the specs, it ships with 2 disks, of which the 64GB one is the slowest, and the 128GB is the SSD (fastest) disk, however the OS is installed by default in the slower one (pretty dumb). Finally, there are some hardware devices that are not recognized by the OS (see picture attached), I tried to find drivers for it and had no luck. I personally thought I could fix these issues, so I re-imaged the PC to see if the drivers would download properly, but at no avail, very disappointing!

Video flickers, worked one hour to get the hdmi sound to work. After the second update to winver 1909 failed, video keeps flickering and failing, I decided to send back.PS, used two different hdmi monitors and three different hdmi cables, video is defective, machine is defective.Beautiful design, I wanted it to work so bad, but, too many problems to fix and waste my time on.

The Windows 10 Pro Activated but Missing Drivers
The Windows 10 Pro OS came activated but was missing some important drivers. Without the missing drivers there was no audio over HDMI. This is the 4th one of this little PC models I have bought thus far. The other 3 were from a different listing and came with a copy of Windows 10 Home that was NOT activated. Fortunately I upgraded one of those to Windows 10 Pro, spent the hours required to get it updated to the latest build of Windows 10 and saved the disk image. My saved image has ALL the drivers for this PC and my preferred settings. and tweaksMy saved disk image gave me the choice of spending several hours updating this PC, finding drivers and a lot more time tweaking all the settings OR overwriting the image. I chose the shortest path, I overwrote the image on the eMMC, used another activation code to activate it, changed the PC name and I was updated and finished in 15 minutes. I'll be keeping a disk image for each one with a file name that matches each PC name. If needed in the future, I can overwrite a problematic OS with a known good image from that exact same PC. Doing it this way, overwriting the disk won't deactivate Windows. When I bought this, I had every intention of updating the OS and tweaking the settings. All the missing drivers was the deciding factor on how I set this one up.It's not a fast PC but the actual build quality and looks are impressive for the price. There is no chance this PC could replace my main home or work PC given the slow CPU speeds. It works just fine for light office work, browsing the web or as an HTPC for media. The 8GB RAM is generous and helpful for a PC of this power spec. Most mini PCs in this price and power range come with only 4GB of RAM. 8GB of RAM is the sweet spot for this and similar powered mini PCs.It can run 4K video at 30FPS without any issues so it would make a good media center PC.It does drop some frames and struggles with 4K video at 60FPS. That's to be expected given the specifications. All things considered, it's a great value and I'll probably buy more with the intent of overwriting the eMMC from the start. The wood and metal cases do look very modern and stylish. The actual case has a good to great build quality and it consumes very little power. It has a mobile CPU that only draws 6 watts when not under load.It does have a fan but it's quite enough for use as a media PC.

It's simple, compact and does the job.
I like small size, the easy of use and lack of clutter. I dislike the only written instructions are in a foreign language that I can't understand. Though having a foreign instruction is understandable for a foreign product, being sold in this market should have gotten it a translation. The machine runs great with weird documents and surfing the web which is all I used it for. I also like the preloaded app for the app store to down load more programs. Store bought softest requires it being in a USB stick or additional purchase of a disk drive. No gaming info because that is what consoles are for.
