Not what I thought
Ever play with that Nickelodeon goop crap (looks like snot) smells like rubber and chemicals? - that's about what this stuff is like it's more jelly like than paint and has a chemical smell......doesn't really apply too smoothly. I will not buy again - does glow however

The kids were very exited to play with this when we went camping. We discovered that we had to apply it fairly thick to even see it in the dark, but it does not glow. It says it will glow without a black light. It will not. It was a complete waste of my money, I feel ripped off because the product stated that it would glow without a black light, which is why I chose this one. rip off...
