This is the fourth massage rollers I bought like this and it's the best by far. It's hard enough to get in deep, but the foam is just soft enough to have some give to it. You can also put it up against a door or wall and get positions on your body that no other I know of can reach. It's helping me heal from an injury. It can get done a lot of what a massage therapist does. Great for people who can't make it to the massage therapist.

I have several of the knobby rollers but they seemed to hurt. My physical trainer used the Tiger Tail and told me to order it from Amazon.

This has been the most incredible tool for recovery. I have a lot of knots in my quads and this is the only tool (works better than theragun and foam roller) that has really made a huge difference! But unfortunately, it has made me break out. I have sensitive skin like I’m sure a lot of people do.. whatever coating is on the foam, my skin doesn’t like. Just a warning! Please comment if you have ran into this issue and what you did ! Maybe over time, it’ll get better. I can’t stop using this amazing tool!

Almost cried from the sciatic relief from this product. The compact size allows you to hit every muscle and felt months of pain relief in a single day!!! Can’t recommend enough for athletes that want to get back out there from a injury or pulled muscle.
