Q: Do it keep bed bugs out?

I wouldn’t know as we just used it to cover our sofa and didn’t have bugs. Our rental properties we have bed bug covers that zip and Velcro at the end of the zipper- they work great!!! Those would surely do the trick. This is just a waterproof cover doesn’t secure entire mattress.

Q: Is it noisey when you lay on it?

no, these are definitely superior because the noise is nothing like you would get with the typical plastic waterproof layers which I hated the sound but loved the protection. these look like a real fitted sheet but with the added protection. I love them, but washing is a pain because it pools water inside so I try to spot clean when I can, and hang in shower if necessary because as someone mentioned the dryer can damage it.

Q: Does this have a terry cloth on it?

No, there isn’t. It actually fits over my mattress AND my 3” foam/gel topper. Working great for me-
