After 2 years of use, one to two tablets/day - I had a new bone scan and the results were that my bone density significantly increased! I'm really happy with this product and will continue using it. It's plant based and seems to absorb well, plus it has the ingredients needed to go with it for bone health. Note that I also exercise and focus on good nutrition, plus get plenty of sleep. And since I'm past the age of menopause, I pay attention to female hormones that affect bone health. So it's not just calcium/magnesium. But the ingredients in these capsules are crucial, and this company provides an affordable way to get them in a reliable product. Only change I would prefer is capsules over tablets. But I wrote to the company and got a satisfactory answer about how these capsules dissolve, so I'll continue taking this product. Highly recommend!

I have been taking this for the past two years. It is a great way to get your Calcium. It is very effective and the best value for the price. It does not mess up your digestion in any way. I highly recommend this product.

Seems to be working for me. My bone density has increased with this and the bone med. However, the bone med alone could be the cause of my density significantly going up. These are easy to swallow and I take one morning and another at night.

I've taken cal-mag supplements in the past, and this is the best one I've found. I definitely recommend it over tablets. Expect to see results after taking these capsules for three to five days. I felt a little better the first day (placebo effect?) and then back to ho-hum normal for a couple of days. After that, the benefits stabilized and I felt better, daily. Now I'm about 3/4 of the way through this bottle, and this product is working well. I'm sleeping more soundly at night. (I recommend taking one capsule about 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.) Also, I'm more relaxed during the day, when I remember to pace the capsules (one capsule, 3x/day). The absorption seems excellent, and the magnesium is just enough to help with occasional constipation, but not result in frequent rushes to the toilet. My skin seems smoother as well. I have slightly more endurance for exercising. And I've had just one headache in the past month, which - during allergy season - is unusual. The capsules are a good size (not too large) and well-coated so they swallow easily. (I haven't tried breaking one open to mix it with food, to see if the taste would make that an alternative for those who really canNOT swallow capsules at all.) The 90-capsule bottle will last a month if you take the recommended three capsules per day. I'll be reordering so I don't run out, because I definitely feel a difference - an important improvement - taking these. ------------------ August 22 UPDATE We tried a couple of other brands, but none were as effective as this. Not even close. Currently, I'm taking one capsule about an hour before bedtime, and a second one as I'm climbing into bed. My sleep has improved significantly. I'm more relaxed, I sleep more soundly, and I wake more refreshed. This is definitely the cal-mag to take. No contest.

Shipment arrived on time. The tablets are medium sized but are fairly easy to swallow.

Wouldn't trust anything else! 200mg tabs are great for "as needed" applications.

sufro de osteoporosis y cada médico que he visto me recomienda comer muchos productos lácteos y tomar suplementos de calcio. PERO... tengo incompatibilidad con los productos lácteos y los suplementos de calcio me causan un estreñimiento terrible. Finalmente este suplemento de calcio lo tolero muy bien seguramente porque no es una dosis muy fuerte - 3 comprimidos por día, 1 con cada comida, corresponden a la mitad de la dosis recomendada - y es de origen marino. Hasta ahora las dosis altas de calcio más altas y en una sola toma me resultaban completamente incompatibles. De este modo tomo relativamente poco pero mi organismo lo acepta mucho mejor y además puedo comer algunos productos lácteos sin que me molesten tanto la digestión. A ver si en mi próximo examen de densitometría veo alguna mejora con respecto a mi osteoporosis.
