I’m impressed with this brand. I also have the melatonin in this brand and it works great which is why I bought this brand for my biotin and it’s no surprise that I already have lots of new growth. They taste great and they work for me!!!!

Love the taste & size!

I started taking this a few months ago after my girlfriend praised the product. Didn’t notice much the first month but I can absolutely tell the difference in my nails with growth and strength. I lighten my hair so always issues there too and my stylist has even commented. I have already recommended to many girlfriends. Happy to have found something that actually works for me.

At 70 I had lost a lot of my hair. I started taking these 2 years ago cuz I got them free & figured they'd be worth the money. Now I take them cuz my hair stopped falling out almost completely! They surpassed all I had thought. My hair is much thicker now & that makes me so happy. My hair was my main concern so it's like an added bonus that my nails don't snap & break at the slightest thing. I love that they're gummies too with a nice taste. I already take a handful of meds every morning so anything I can find in gummy form is a welcome bonus.

I have really thin hair and not blessed with a lot of it. What I can say after doing these gummies I had less fall-out. Which in the scheme of things is important because if it's not on your head it can't help give you a fuller head of hair. I noticed new hair around my forehead but have no idea what was going on in the back. I would buy them again.

These biotin gummies contain the highest amount of biotin in gummy form that I've been able to find. I think these taste delicious, and even keep them in the refrigerator as I think they taste more like a little treat when chilled and less like I'm taking my vitamins. These are gently on my stomach, as I've tried other brands before I found some brands upset my tummy, but these do not at all. I continue to repurchase on amazon as I haven't seen them in store yet and its convenient having them delivered straight to me. But best of all, through daily use, the biotin has helped to strengthen my nails and I've seen improvements with my hair.
