This absolutely is not a replacement for the original neato ...
This absolutely is not a replacement for the original neato charger. The first one I received did not work, so I requested a replacement which was sent promptly. However it is not compatible with the Neato either. When plugged in to the Neato you will get a flash on the screen that lasts for less than one second and then it goes blank. Warning this is not a replacement charger! I have 2 Neato units and it does not charge either of them.

Works for Neato XV-21
Purchased to replace original power supply (that my dog ate) for Neato XV-21. No issues. Fits in the charging base and worked immediately. Perfect operation since I got it, 2.5 weeks ago.

Fits and works as expected
This just dropped into place inside the Neato charging station and worked. Fit and function is the same as the original unit that came with the Neato.
