Fall Asleep Faster
I started to take this Melatonin about one month ago, and I do so about one hour before I want to/or plan on falling asleep. It seems to be working for me so far. I would give it a try for sure.

Does Not Have to Become Habit-Forming
For a while I was taking this every night by habit, but I came to realize this was not a real healthy idea. Originally I used melatonin to replace prescription tranquilizing drugs. I retrained myself to only use melatonin when I knew I was too upset by something to be able to sleep. Once in while one hits a night when you can't fall asleep for no special reason. It is comforting to know I can just reach for one melatonin without it becoming habit-forming or making me feel hung-over the next morning.

Effective Sleep Aid
Good tasting and helpful. I have several serious medical and physical challenges the past 2 years and many medications to go along with them. Melatonin is the one sleep aid that does not conflict with the my meds, helps me sleep a little longer/deeper and is a good value.

not for me
This is probably a good product but it didn't do much for me personally. My doc said to try melatonin as I don't sleep well. If I fall asleep right away (rarely) I usually sleep for about 10 minutes and awake for the next 4 hours or so. It worked the first night but took about 2 hours for me to get sleepy and I stayed asleep. After that I didn't get any benefit from it. Forensic files on tv will put me to sleep faster. I think it not working is a me thing and not the product.
