Good quality & performs excellently. If using it for smoothing frosting put in warm water prior to each swipe. You’ll definitely be impressed with the results.

I was looking for an angled spatula to frost cakes and use in baking dishes, I ordered these because they would have covered a variety of cooking uses. I am used to a spatula that has a steep angle on it so that my fingers and knuckles stay well above the icing or whatever it is I'm spreading, for example, in my cake decorating classes we used Wilton spatulas which had a perfect angle but they are pricey. These weren't angled much at all. When holding them even as a practice run in a cake pan, my fingers would have been all in whatever I was spreading. I liked the handle and the sturdiness of the metal, had the angle of the been greater, I would have certainly had no problem with them.It was my fault as well, I didn't look carefully enough at the reviews or I would have seen others had complained about the same thing.

I have been an avid home baker for years and have never used an off set spatula.I was glad to find these, as the handle color matches my Rachel Ray silicone spoonulas and spatulas.I recently made a sheet cake and used the small off set spatula to spread the semi-melted chocolate frosting with ease. The spatula cleaned up beautifully in the dish washer, but of course it was licked clean by my son first. :) I'm glad the set came as described, with three sizes of off set spatulas. I'm excited to use them again the next time I need to decorate a cake.

I’ve already used all three spatulas for my Christmas preparations: No bake pies, birthday cake frosting, and cookie frosting. They are great to use. Only time will tell how durable the spatulas are though.

So, I wanted to wait until I used these to review them. I made a 3 tier Strawberry Moscato Cake from scratch & 4 homemade pizzas. These were lifesavers. The cake was a 3 tier round cake. I frosted each layer, the side, & top of the cake w/ these & it came out beautiful. I then gave the sides a nice textured finish. I also used the large one to slide under each pizza to check how well done the crust looked & then lifted the pizza enough to slide it out of the pan & onto the cutting board. It was the easiest time I’ve ever had making pizza. I’d recommend these again in a heartbeat. They’re sturdy enough to lift a 12” pizza out of a pizza pan. I mean, it’s only 1” wide. So you have to be reasonable. But, WOW! They worked way better than I expected. I can’t wait to frost cupcakes w/ the smaller one. Spreading mayo or mustard should be a breeze w/ the mid size one, not to mention grilled sandwiches. These are a bargain. I posted a pic of the top of the cake; but, you can’t really see much of how smooth the top came out. Ignore the piping. I was really tired.
