This is not a premium product, it just looks shiny
It's overpriced, looks decent. I tend to go for the pricy product when it comes to electronic devices, but nothing special about this one. Controls feel clunky, half the time when you press a button and the machine bips, you can't tell what it's really going to do. Go for something simple and cheap. Thank me later.

Bought as new, actually used. Disgusting.
Ordered a new coffee machine. Received a used one including water and other stains. Disgusting for a food and drink product. Returned immediately for a refund.
