Produces great quality prints. Ink is extremely expensive. Ink cartridges hold a small amount of ink compared to other plotters.

Used it for 13 months, then it died. I'd recommend an HP, as they mostly have 2-year warranties.

It is great for printing off plans to scale. Print is clear and color is accurate.

Just received my printer. I got it without the stand to save money. I'm an independent fashion designer. This is my first truck-delivered shipment so I didn't know what to expect. Called the company a few times...lol. The agents were all very friendly and helpful. So far, so good. Looks like I'm going to be in good hands. i.a.

I had high hope when I purchased this plotter thinking it would save me some time and money from the shops but boy how wrong I was. Only after a few months it started to have issues and wouldn’t let me print, customer support was no help at all, a lot time and energy wasted on this worthless machine. And don’t even get me started on how expensive the inks are. This machine is definitely made to make you pay more for the parts and inks so they can keep draining money out of your pocket.If you are thinking of buying it, think again, and again.

We got our printer today and had it up and running within hours. The company touched base with us after the order, making sure the product they sold us would best suit our needs. We would happily do business with them again!

and after calling support with the error code, spent 20 minutes getting "account" setup to be told it's 2+ days before someone can be onsite to inspect printer then order parts? It would be faster to return the device and order something that works! Don't buy Canon ... expensive and no support.
