This product arrived promptly. It was the mg. amount that I wanted. Good price. The only thing that I wasn't real happy about was the capsules are very large. Makes for a little hard to swallow.

I have trouble swallowing capsules, so I just do with these what I do with most capsules: I twist/pull them open into a spoon, then swallow the powder with my beverage of choice (coffee, fruit juice, etc.) The taste is what you'd expect from cranberries -- quite tart. Still, preferable for me than trying to swallow the whole capsule.My wife and I both take these, and neither of us have any any urinary tract issues since. Of course, we also aim for the recommended daily intake of water...8 oz x 8 per day.
