This item was purchased as a Christmas present, they were very pleased with the overall quality. Ease of use, and very good sound, easy to use. Well satisfied.

It's a really nice looking machine. I've had it on it's stand and wall mounted and it looks well both ways.It comes with a euro plug and a neat looking EU to UK adapter. Unfortunately the adapter didn't fit the plug. I had to buy another adapter (same type) and that works well.I'm very happy with the sound quality – especially with the X-bass on (not sure why you'd want it off).My only complaint (apart ftom the plug issue) is that the remote control is cheap and nasty looking and it's impossible to see what the buttons on the machine do without my glasses and a torch.

I wanted a radio for the bathroom which I could hang off the wall, drill a hole and pass the power cable to an electric socket in an adjacent room. I returned the item. The item is made from cheap brittle feeling white plastic (2 different shades), with the dreaded material covering the speakers. Everything about it looks and feels cheap, as though it was designed in the 70’s, made and stored in the 80’s. The 2 pin plug wouldn’t slot into the adapter provided. I used used my own but couldn’t get it to scan for stations. It’s neither slim or light. Avoid. I have no issue with the company and the process for returns and received a refund promptly. I bought a Sonos Move instead. Yes at £400 it’s a good deal more expensive but a brilliant product which is fit for purpose and one I can move from room to room with excellent sound quality. Get a smart speaker instead, there are cheaper ones which are portable, making this product redundant.

Just perfect for my needs . Compact and stylish. Sound is what you would expect from this product .Company was very helpful and professional when I needed to contact them.

This micro system certainly looks very smart. I bought it to replace an older music centre, and needed something that will play MP3, which this unit does. It doesn't take up much room, which was another bonus. My main complaints are.1. The delivery date was 7th Feb, but it didn't arrive till Monday the 10th. We stayed in all day on the 7th and so were disappointed when there was no delivery.2. The remote is very small and is difficult to use. The response from the buttons is very hit and miss which is frustrating when trying to set up the various features.

I am pleased with my purchase, do remember to unwind the aerial before radio station search. Playback quality of CD's is very good. Have not tried any other source of input yet. Happy with my purchase.
