What is the difference between this model and the new srx model? I have only seen the srx model in person.

The SRX model has undergone a complete overhaul since the E2 Black model. The E2 Black has a 2 speed motor; the SRX has a 5 speed motor. The other major difference (other than looks) is the SRX uses magnetic hose connections, whereas this model uses clips to hold the hose in place.

Does this include shampooer?

No, this version does not include a shampooer.

Does the power wand come with it?
