Q: Is the battery maxoak 177 compatible with idx vl-2 charger ?

Yes. I charge mine all the time with that exact charger. I have two of those chargers. They are a little frustrating becaise they have two charging stations but only one battery will charge at a time. So. I have stopped using those to charge the Maxoak batteries just becaise they have their own charging plugs that ship with them. So to save time, I have rigged my camera cart to have a crate where my maxoak charging d-tap tails live and I just plug in there.. when my slim IDX batteries need charging then I use the VL-2 stations.
