I bought this UGREEN cable expecting at least some greenness—maybe a green stripe, a green connector. Or MAYBE it would turn ME green like a budget Incredible Hulk? Nope. Just a perfectly functional, completely un-green cable.Despite this betrayal, it does exactly what it promises: moves data from A to B or B to A like an overachieving digital courier. My external drive connects instantly, files transfer at warp speed.Pros:1) Data zips through like it’s late for a meeting.Cons:1) Zero green.2) Did not turn me into a rage-powered superhero.Would I recommend it? Absolutely.

As with any micro USB-B cable, the fit is tight at first. My intentions were to use this with a hub, and my initial efforts did not go as planned, it did work perfectly fine with the drive I connected with the cable. The cable itself is pliant but substantial. This was welcomed, as often the cables of this type I gave received are sometimes so rigid that the poly casing on the wire cracks or the wires internally break. These have a pliant rubberized vinyl coating that is easily flexed to get into cord keeps, yet it isn't flimsy or cheap feeling. It's a better cable than the ones that came with my hdds or my hubs. This is likely why when I tried using the hub I had an issue.I purchased two, and overall I am pleased with this cable purchase. I may end up picking up a third.

Works well for the device I needed this for. Seems to be very durable and provides a snug connection. Not super flexible, but is still very usable.

Looking for new cable for the hard drive and the price was good - ugreen is durable and sturdy - even came wound up in a circle in plastic package - sometimes its different - so packaged very well

fits & works well, so far. After misplacing my og cord for a semi old external drive. I found out, not any usb cable could work Ugh! these are "keyed" or have that weird connector. I figured i could borrow 1 from another drive, but that might not work sharing a cable between my 2 external & would be hard switching around 1 cable! luckily amazon sells everything!! worried it might not fit right, or be compatible, but it does & is. works well & fits perfectly like its supposed to! a perfect replacement. no worries, happy it just works.
