If you are old and you don’t already know what’s in this book it’s probably too late. And, opinions are presented as fact without mentioning that there are other opinions. Did not find this at all helpful and will delete from my kindle app.

Like it
I like this book.We all know that aging is an inevitable process of life, and whether we want it or not, grandkids will become grandparents someday. However, it is a science-backed fact that we can increase our life expectancy, live significantly longer and healthier, and look years younger than our actual ages if we do certain things.
