I have to admit to being impressed with this unit. Firstly it was really easy to set up (read instructions) and select the language of choice (En for English) and set your preferred temperature display to °F or ℃. The screen is bright colourful and easy to read, although it is better to set it up when plugged in as on battery the screen dims after about 20 seconds until your reactivate it using the light/snooze switch at the top of the screen.The colour display and graphics are vibrant and easy to read. Alarm was easy to set using a combination of the alarm button and the up down arrowed function buttons on the back. Once it is set the alarm displays a bell on the time screen to show it is activated. After installing two AA batteries in the outside wireless unit it paired with weather station easily on channel 1 (takes a few minutes to settle and transmit readings to the main unit)The on screen readings were not completely in agreement with Met Office readings, which could be due to placing the outside wireless sender unit on the window sill in a small plastic sleeve for extra protection from the elements, as I wasn't convinced it is waterproof. But in my opinion the readings are close enough for such a small household unit to be acceptable. (See comparison below). Setting the correct year is important if you want to get accurate moon phase readings. My only critisism is the position of the tendency reading in the forecast window as it is slightly obscured by the picture of a tree in the display widow.Verdict: Worth the money for a very usable weather station.

good price, compared to my previous La crosse TXT 37-T , where the outdoor sensor alone was almost as expensive as this. Easy to set up, intuitively , compared to La crosse, unit, but better instructions in larger print would be good. (this 70 year old needed a magnifying glass to read.)It is not clear if the clock sets time automatically from digital time transmitter. once plugged into mains, the screen remains bright. I dont know if there is a dim screen button , to turn down at bed time.have not had it long to comment on reliability or its life span, or weather profess of outdoor unit. so far good.

I was unsure what to expect but this is a fab item! It arrived well packaged and is easy to set up (you will need some batteries for the outdoor sensor, the display unit can be plugged into mains or take batteries). The indoor unit and outdoor sensor automatically connect to each other so all you have to do is provide power and set the date, time and C or F. It seems to be very accurate as it matches our indoor thermostats. The display has alot of useful information such as trends on whether the temperatures are rising or decreasing, it is also easy to read and you can alter the brightness which is really useful if you have this in the bedroom. It also has an alarm clock but this isn't a function I have used.

This looks good, but it is far from easy to read unless you are at exactly the right angle. You would never be able to see it across a room as the advertising picture suggests, as it is much smaller than it looks. The information is superimposed over the pretty pictures and it has to be exactly at eye level to read it. Not good.I like it and it is accurate, but if it had been more expensive I would not have kept it.

When my old weather station broke I wanted to update to a more colourful one and came across this item. It is really easy to read and gives a lot of information at a glance. It is also very accurate. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting weather at a glance.

I'm having a lot of bad luck with this item. The first one had no plug which is not in the description and the second one, the Mains does not work. I'm giving up and getting a different brand from a different supplier.

Ordered in may 2020 and has worked brilliantly until last week and it has now died. The outdoor temperature does not display anymore, batteries changed but still no joy. As this is the main reason I bought the weather station the item is now useless.

The device works perfectly as described. It is easy to install and the outdoor sensor gets connected easily to the device. It has colored screen with good clarity. The weather prediction seems to be accurate and the whole unit can be easily seen from a distance. Extremely happy with the purchase.
