Expert Liquid Liner

Elf Expert Liquid Liner has been my go to eyeliner for the past 15+ years! It is easy to use, stays fresh, and creates highly-pigmented precision definition. Although I've noticed the pricing go up over the years (as with everything else), it is still relatively overall affordable. It doesn't smudge, is not irritating to my sensitive skin, and is versatile depending on how thick you want to apply it. Great for clear definition of your eyes that lasts all day! And sometimes all night if you accidentally fall asleep in it. ;) I appreciate it because it stays on but is easy to remove with cleanser, since I usually don't prefer waterproof makeup.

great eyeliner!! it lasts a long time (though i’d recommend using setting spray to make it last longer, of course). it is waterproof, and doesn’t smudge easily. i love it and would definitely buy again after it runs out.

It’s a good eyeliner if you are looking for affordable however it’s not the best color payoff. It has great payoff if you are looking for amount of eyeliner which it holds. Dries quickly enough but not lightning fast. Pretty smooth glide and lasts long on outer eyes (not so much near inner corner).

It's the only one I ever buy, and for good reason—you simply cannot beat this quality for the price. The fact that you can get a double pack for just $5 is an absolute steal. This eyeliner has been more consistent in my life than anyone I’ve ever dated. This liner is a staple in my makeup routine. It's so easy to apply, and it's perfect for creating my signature wings. Once it's on, it stays on all day without smudging or fading. I could not count how many of these I've been through over the years. I always make sure to have at least three on hand at all times, just in case. I get so many compliments on my eye makeup, which is always a winged liner and lashes, and I always tell everyone my secret is this liner. It's seriously the best, most reliable product for the price. I'll continue to repurchase this forever!

Easy to use. Lasts all day. Not much in it, so would be nice if it came as a 2-pack for this price.
