Philips Sonicare Premium Whitening Edition in Black Color Flex Care Toothbrush, 3 Pound

I truly love this thing. From the fact that you receive 2 toothbrushes,to the UV cleaner for your bristles, this is definitely a great product. The different settings on the toothbrush are impressive as well. The first 3 settings are clean, white, and massage. The next 2 are 2 different care settings.I love the 2nd one which is called Max care. All of the settings last for 2 minutes and pause for a split second to let u know u need to switch to the next area of your mouth. (Your mouth is separated into quadrants top right/left, bottom right/left) 30 secs per area!

seller was great. package came as described and promptly. one of the toothbrushes died after 10 months of use. I don't know is that's common or not but looked up a fix and sounds like the rechargeable battery needs replacing. Then I looked up HOW to do that and....well don't think i'll be doing that anytime soon. I'm old fashioned and expect things to last - especially if I'm shelling out $100 or more. Do you know how many years $100 of disposable toothbrushes will get me?!?!

Best toothbrush I have owned, hands down. There are so many options, I honestly haven't even tried them all yet! I can't use regular brushes anymore because of the sound (think fingernails on a chalkboard). My teeth are significantly whiter than before I started using this (same toothpaste), and feel so much cleaner. Husband loves his too, said his teeth feel super clean, and are also whiter! Highly recommend!

Purchased this as a replacement for a Phillips Sonicare system we've had for perhaps 5 or 6 years now. Very easy to use and makes brushing your teeth that much more effective. When you use a good quality toothpaste in conjunction, your long term dental prognosis is that much improved as opposed to using an old-fashioned toothbrush. There are several modes of operation on it, depending on your specific needs. This particular system even provides travel cases should you want to take it on vacation or on a business trip. The charging is simple....simply plug it in and walk away. In most cases, charging would be complete overnight. In all of my personal experience using the Phillips brand, I am very happy and wouldn't use anything else. If you are considering purchasing this, you can't go wrong.

this is my fourth (sonicare) product bought. Unfortunately, after 4-5 months of use, it just started to turn on and off by itself few weeks ago until it totally stopped working. Anyway, i'm now using my 2nd sonicare toothbrush (1st is sonicare 2series, 3rd is my airfloss) because the warranty period already expired.since i won't need to return the product, I tried opening it. i saw water inside the toothbrush, battery and IC board are wet. i'm assuming the rubber seals failed to do their job.

I have recently starting having issues with this toothbrush. It started turning on by itself when it was charging. Then the motor vibration became weak and non existent. Now the motor will not even turn on. Unfortunately Philips has stated my device was out of warranty by 3 months and they could only help me with a 15% discount. I will not be buying another Philips Sonicare product. This is unfortunate because this was my first purchase and it does a fine job when it works, but it's just way to expensive to by this product every two years should it malfunction.

Great cleaning, but very short life. This pair lasted us less than two years, previous (lower end) ones lasted much longer. For the cost, I really expect something that will go 3-5 years, especially when you add in the expensive brush heads.
