Trinity Delta - 2 Way Hybrid IEM with Changeable Tuning Filters + Multi Function Remote/Mic

My best earbuds so far! They look robust, and sound *a lot* better compared to Sennheiser Momentum in-ear, which I knew I had to return as soon as I've heard them.Sound isolation is good enough for me, it's still pretty safe to walk down the street in these.The default gunmetal filter works best for for music genres ranging from trip-hop to MDM.What I love the most is that once again I can hear new details in my favorite songs!

Sort of an empty sound.

First off, I bought these via Kickstarter, not at Amazon. I have the mic version and all I can say is fantastic. I am no pro reviewer or anything, but I have owned litterally dozes of in-ear phones, from $15 to $1,000 (yes, I bought the Westone W60s once, but returned them). I currently have a nice pair of customs and some other IEMs that I like, 2-3 pair. But the Deltas are amazing, with one caveat. To me, they NEED foam ear tips, because they just sound a bit too hot (treble-wise) with silicone tips - even with the neutral gunmetal filters.Anyway, they are balanced with a slight tip to bass, but even on my most hissy tracks (try Gimme Shelter cover by Angelique Kidjo for treble testing), the Delta/gunmetal combo kicks butt.Right now, I am using a pair of Comply T400s with the tops trimmed off (from an older mod), but I also really do like the OEM foam tips (smaller pair) that come with the Deltas. They are a bit more like the Shure olives material-wise, and just work for my ear canals.At $119, the Deltas are as good as I have heard in the under $200 price point, and I have heard a lot. As for complicated audio descriptions, I don't have any. But in head to head testing with my existing stable of IEMs,the Deltas are in the top 3 (behind my customs, dual BAs that cost me $400) and the Monster Miles Davis Trumpets (though the Deltas and Trumpets are close).Also, the construction of the Deltas is top notch, with a cloth cable, shirt clip etc. I don't wear the over the ear because the strain relief is a bit scary looking (small plastic ring). But the IEMs themselves are rock solid, but not heavy or uncomfortable.

I am another kickstarter and have enjoyed the Delta in the past few weeks (using a Fiio X3 playing lossless FLAC files). Very, very happy with the sound as well as the quality of build. Also, once I found out from the previous reviewer that the Compy T400 works with the Delta, I took a chance, ordered a Decibullz 200 from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L1OPWA2?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00), and was pleasantly surprised that the Decibullz does work with the Delta - the bass is a little muted than the foam tip, so I have to use the silver tuner to boost the bass, and the combination works great.

This are the best heaphones I've ever owned. The dual drivers add a whole new dimension to music, and it's guaranteed that you will hear new things in music you've been listening to for years. The build is amazing, all the material are top quality, from the phones themselves to the cable and the jack. The packaging is very nice and there are a lot of accesories included.
