Bodum, Caffettiera French Press Coffee and Tea Maker, 34 Oz, Light Pink

This coffee grinder is perfect for a couple or small family. We really like the classic french esthetic style and how it also upgrades our vintage inspired kitchen. I’m very impressed with the color pop of color and the low maintanance of the press. Its very easy to make coffee in less than 5 minutes of our day. We have been saving so much money making delicious coffee at home. The price is a little more expensive than most coffee presses found in stores, but this is not a cheap press and worth the extra bucks. Great purchase!

I was introduced to a single cup French Press at an AirBNB and decided I had to get one. I love it! This press is a little smaller than the one I was introduced to - but I am still happy with it. It’s so convenient and much easier to clean than my bigger press. It’s the perfect amount of coffee for a single cup although it produces more like 10oz than 12oz. Initially, I was freaked out by the press itself because it doesn’t reach the bottom of the beaker. I was ready to return it before I used it but I checked the pictures on Amazon. The photo shows the press not reaching the bottom of the beaker, I still found that a little odd but the coffee is good. Now I wonder what took me so long to discover it.

This press pot is well crafted and works as described. Follow the instructions for a perfect cup of coffee! Note: I use a chop stick or wooden spoon when stirring the coffee in the carafe to avoid cracking the glass. Holds up well in the dishwasher.

I was hesitant to order this, based on the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Upon initial receipt of this french press, I understood the reviews and regretted my decision. The filter piece was uneven and it didn't reach the bottom of the container piece. I almost returned it. However, I was able to straighten the filter piece and then I realized that it doesn't need to reach the bottom of the container if you put enough coffee grounds in it. The filter piece goes down smoothly, and I had no loose coffee ground pieces when it finished brewing and I poured it into a mug. The material does seem a bit cheap, but it is an entry-level Bodum. For the price, it gets the job done. It's a nice segway into the higher priced Bodums, which I plan on purchasing after using this one for awhile.

Easy to use, easy to clean, filter works really well and still easy to rinse off, glass comes out of metal cage for easy cleaning. Looks exactly like it does in photo, very cute.

Even smaller than I realized (you have to remember the coffee grounds are going to take up space at the bottom) but it’s really cute and does it’s job. Being so small also makes it much easier to clean than full sized french presses I’ve had in the past.

I am a new coffee drinker and was told this was the way to go. This is super easy to use, even for a newbie. It makes delicious coffee and I can't imagine living without it. Highly recommend.

At first I thought this was a great French press. The plunger sent the filters to the bottom of the pot perfectly and brewed a wonderful cup of coffee. However, when the filter began looking grungy and the plate under it with the springs that holds it firmly against the side of the glass had begun to push out in some areas. I took the unit apart to clean the filter and push the coils back in place as best I could with no luck. I could not even get the plunger to fit into the filter holder tightly. As a result, when I pressed the plunger, the filter tilted sideways and coffee grounds escaped into the brew itself. So within a few weeks, it became useless.

fyi it holds 4 cups (33 fluid ounces / 1 litre) of waterthe instructions it comes with accounts for "one cup of coffee" as 4 ounces. the perfect size i was looking for tbheither way i love this french press! it is gorgeous in person!

Aunque al recibirla no llega en algún empaque o caja que la pueda proteger no llego con algún detalle de rayón o desperfecto. Lo primero que se nota es su calidad del vidrio que es grueso a comparación de todas las otras prensas francesas que he visto. Ésta sin duda es la prensa francesa perfecta. Además su diseño es excelente, fué un regalo para mi hermana y su novio quienes tenían una prensa pero parece que era de acrílico por que se quebró con facilidad. Muchos vidrios no llegan a soportar las altas temperaturas del agua, ésta tiene la capacidad y no te da miedo de vertirle toda el agua hirviendo

Beautiful single cup french press, so cute with the pistachio green details and size. I use it with a manual grinder (coarse).- Compared to other french press I've had in the past, grinds don't get stuck between the layers of the filter and cleans MUCH better- Glass comes out of the metal sleeve + cup holder, assembles quite beautifully and freely rotates

Die Farbe ist noch viel schöner als auf dem Foto. Ich hatte erwartet, dass es ein wenig billig wirken würde. Irrtum. Sieht super aus. Meine alte French Press von Bodum war braun und ich wollte mal eine andere Farbe morgens anschauen. Das braune Plastik sah billiger aus als das rosafarbene jetzt. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Bei Lieferung der Ware, wurden die als Bestandteil der Lieferung angegebenen 8 Tassen nicht enthalten. Es war nur eine Teillieferung.
