Solid Backpack for Phantom 3 Drone
Solid backpack to hold your Phantom plus extras. This thing is big and deep. The drone is fully protected once nested into the snug foam cutouts. Other cutouts provide space for the controller, up to 5 spare batteries + 1 in your Phantom, charger, tablet and even a small memory card holder assuming you have them in a compact case. The only thing that stays above the foam cutouts is the tops of the batteries. Then you've got 2 pockets on the inside and 2 pockets on the outside to hold things like propellers, guards, tablet, and various accessories and stuff. The large front pocket is big enough to hold my Macbook Pro, it also has a padded sleeve for a tablet or smaller laptop. On the side are 2 mesh pockets that can hold water bottles or other items. On the top is a good soft rubber handle making it easy to carry when not using it as a backpack. On the bottom are 4 rubber foot pads that raise it up a bit.It is a BIG and BULKY backpack, but thats expected considering that it is meant to house and protect your Phantom drone for travel. Even with it's bulk, it is fairly comfortable to wear.Pros:• Deep - fully protects your Phantom drone• Fits everything plus extras• Slots for 5 extra batteries + one in the drone• Good spacious pockets• Can hold laptopCons:First, the inside part of padded straps and the padding on the back are a dense nylon almost like vinyl that have very little breathing. It would have been nice if these parts would have been a mesh to allow for better breathing. Minor detail, but if going on a long hike for more than a few hours the added comfort can go a long way.Second, obviously you can't use this with permanent prop guards, but if you use the snap-on removable prop guards, the extra width from the prop guard mounts won't fit into the cutout foam. I had to cutout the corners to be wider so I could fit my Phantom 3 with the prop guard mounts. Using a sharp knife or long razor I was able to easily cut out a wider opening for each of the 4 corners. While it doesn't look as clean, it serves the purpose.Third, the zippers are a little finicky. It would have been good to allow the zippers to go a little further at the bottom around the corners. When folding open the cover all the way to access the inside I feel like its putting bad stress on the zipper on each side at the bottom (see photo). I'm not sure if it'll hold up to repeated stress so I'm extra careful to make sure I've extended the zipper all the way.Overall it is a great pack for the price and it will house and protect your drone and make it easy to travel with.

Great Pack for the Phantom 3 - Zippers are my only complaint!
This thing is huge! The foam cutouts are a perfect fit for the Phantom 3 Advanced / Professional. The aircraft fits snugly and deeply in the custom cut foam. There is no chance of damaging the motors or propeller shafts as they sit below the level of the foam. The controller space is also a perfect fit.The foam is neatly cut, dense and offers great protection. The only drawback, as noted in previous reviews, appears to be the zippers. They are sometimes difficult to get open and closed, especially at the bottom. I find that if you lit upwards on the pull tabs, this alleviates some of the strain. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The pack is comfortable, offers plenty of room for all your gear, including a laptop if you desire and is well constructed of quality materials. For the price, it's a bargain!

There is a netted compartment inside the backpack that holds them fine. As for the entire drone fitting
I've scoured the internet for days looking for a backpack. I must have seen every backpack available to man made for a DJI Phantom Drone. Based on pictures, reviews and structure, I chose this one. Have been using it for almost 2 weeks now. I specifically have a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced. The rest of the reviews mentioning about the arms not fitting perfectly are correct, but they do fit snug. At first I was worried that there would be bending but there is definitely not. Believe me, if I was worried that it was, I would not be using it. As for the slots to hold the props. The rest of the reviews are correct, from tip to tip, they just about DO fit but fitting 4 in there without having one slanted will not work. There is a netted compartment inside the backpack that holds them fine. As for the entire drone fitting, when you put it in, the landing feet will have to be kind of squeezed in. Again, I was worried about bending or cracking but there definitely isn't. Also, the prop screw things that stick out do not go higher then the cutout foam, so no fear if it poking out. The actual fitted pre-cut out foam is very tough and strong. When you unzip the lid, you want to make sure its zipped ALL the way to their ends. If you don't, when you pull back the lid, you'll be at risk of possibly breaking the zipper ends. At least it feels like it.IF YOU USE A GIMBAL GUARD, it will not fit....unless you shave away some of the foam, at least that's what I choose to do. Get a sharp knife and shaved the sides of where the drone landing gear fits. You actually can't visually notice and it only took me like 10 min.Overall, I still think I got the perfect backpack. It isn't heavy, fits fine on your back and almost pretty much replaces my Seahorse SE-920F case I first got. My main objectives were price and durability, and this is the perfect backpack that fits those needs.

All of the zippers still work fine. All of the seams are fine
Everything fits perfectly. I bought tons of gear for my Phantom 3 Pro and it all fits in here.It doesn't look overly fancy so it doesn't get much attention when I am out on a site and nobody looks twice when it is in the backseat of my car.I don't need any other storage other than this. All of the zippers still work fine. All of the seams are fine. I have taken it out on plenty of shoots and there are no signs of wear. I am not saying it is the most rugged and durable bag, but since April, it has been doing great with zero defects whatsoever.

Great bag, after some alterations.
A pretty good bag. Its only real big drawback is the fact that the propellers have to be taken off to fit it in but thats to be expected for a backpack size case. As other reviews have said the zippers should go further down to make it easier to open. I shaved some of the foam off in that area and it helped a lot. Same for the fit to the drone, it was tight to the point that I was worried it might damage my Phantom 3 so I did a bit of foam shaving in select areas with a very sharp knife. After that it works fine. Also as said in other reviews the part that goes against the back is not the best material, should be better breathing, still acceptable and good bag to carry your drone. On the plus side it has plenty of room for all you need and then some. I would recommend this if you are ready to make a few alterations.
