I don't know why I didn't get one of these sooner. It's small, discreet, and much easier than boiling my cup. It doesn't take up much space on my bathroom counter during the week I need it and then it goes under the sink for the weeks I don't.Just make sure to wait a couple minutes to let it cool once it's done, so you don't burn yourself.

This company has excellent customer service and while this specific steamer did not work for my needs, the company reached out to me on their own, and worked with me to get a replacement! I will be clear that the steamer DOES work, it just did not work for my personal needs. I will say you cannot go wrong with this company!

This steamer and company are great! I ordered my steamer on January of 2025 and have loved it unfortunately this past Thursday it stopped working so I immediately emailed them and they emailed me back the next day and no questions asked they are shipping me a replacement free of charge, super pleased with pixie customer service!

Update update:: This company is top notch in providing customer service, they work through issued with you, and if by chance something is wrong, work with them they will help you and they will make things right. I highly recommend this company. I also use their menstrual cups as well.I also love what they do, they help women in different countries to get menstrual products.

The steamer is super easy to use and I like the peace of mind of sterilizing my disks. I really appreciate the attached lid for this version as well as compared to some of the other models. It's not too intrusive to keep on my vanity or tuck away when not in use. I'll have to see what I think after further use but happy so far!

Oh my goodness this is a game changer. No more depending on filling landfills with tampons and pads or disposable cups and disks. This can clean any reuseable cup.
