This product is not good for me...it came with many feature but is not all I'm looking for...i bought this product because of the style and how they kept the ear piece in place and the green light stay on all the time when the Bluethooth is on.....I like that but here is where I don't like..1) the holes does not hold the ear piece in place is too loose 2) there are no voice to tell you if your device is connected or not connected or if the battery life is low it only vibrated, 3) when you turn it on it will make sound same go when you turn it off...no vibration,no voice and 4) the battery life last about 7-8 hours..that's good for some people but for me I work longer than 8 hours a day so It not good for me..I gave 4 stars because of the the shipping was fast and the product look good and strong.However, I will not buy this product again but I will other product with this seller again..thank you.

After 32 days 1 of the speakers stopped working. Since there is a 30 day refund, I'm out the exchange policy.Ok, seller seen the bad review and contacted me personally to ship a new one at no cost to me. It's been 3 weeks and new pair is working great.

They are comfortable and have decent sound and good battery life. Husband was happy with them.

The hinges of this headset caused a short. One of the ear buds quit working after 4-5 ays of wearing it on my job. The sound quality was ok but very hard to hear in the wind. If you have a large neck like me, this is not the set for you. The ear buds do not stay in place when not in use. They push put from the pressure of your neck and then dangle which is rather annoying. I should have returned them but kept putting it off for too long, now I'm stuck with a half functional headset.

Unfortunately this product was not what I expected. The product looks nice and the packaging is excellent but it is a terrible quality product. You cannot hear anything while on a phone call. The charge runs out very fast. And it was very fragil hence one fall and it broke.

Gave three stars for the way it looks,sounds and functionally,.built quality is ok,stopped working properly after few days,pairing another time fix the issue but the sound wasn't great.not for me

I bought these because I wasn't sure if I was going to like this sort of setup or not so I just wanted the cheapest possible ones to listen to music while I was at work or on a bike ride.Sound quality wise they work fine and get the job done as I would hope, battery doesn't quite get me 8 hours but if I plug them in during my lunch break I can almost get a full days 10 hour work shift in with them, controls are simple enough, the wires for the earbuds are a little on the long side and will occasionally get caught on stuff if I'm not careful but are designed so they wrap around the back of the neck portion to hang in the hole on the opposite side of their audio channel (IE the left speaker channel wraps around to hang on the right side and the right side speaker channel is suppose to hang on the left side when putting them away, I don't bother with wrapping them around and just hang them on the side they are used on). They have a tendency to rotate around on my neck but I do have a skinny and very long neck and spend a lot of time hunched over so one of the heavy sides tends to fall forward, and they have a good enough bluetooth range for me when I walk away from my laptop.They are paired with my phone and I have no issues, I haven't bothered looking in to what it takes to pair them with our Windows 7 laptops that have built in bluetooth (most likely just need the correct driver I would assume) but I just use our Windows 10 laptops instead which pair up with whatever Windows default drivers are, I do however have to un-pair them at the start of every day and re-pair them, Windows 10 still shows they are paired but I can't get them to connect the next day, simply un-pairing and re-pairing them they start working again and have not bothered looking into the actual cause but assume it might have something to do with that I have paired them with several of the laptops at work and when I turn them on they try to connect to the other laptops as well?Since they are the cheaper ones I only keep them in my laptop case and I have noticed that the hinge is starting to crack but I did kind of expect this since they are the cheaper lighter weight ones and I do only keep them in the bag slot so I do mishandle them.My hope for this setup was that I would only have earbuds in so they are light on my head and don't try to fall off while I am working like a full size headset would but having the neck band would mean I would have a bigger battery to try to get 10 to 12 hours to cover my whole work shift, and also more convenient to pack around which this seem to come close to accomplishing, these were my cheap trial pair and once I break these I think I will upgrade to a higher quality one and take better care of them. For now these ones have served their purpose.

These were bought for my husband as a father's Day gift. They worked great at first, but he told me yesterday that one side of the headset has started shorting out. I went to see about the return policy to exchange them and it is past the 30 day period. So now we are stuck with them even though they're not working properly after only being used for about 3 weeks.
