Works perfectly, adjusts to really fine mist
I’m so happy this product exists. And for under $20, it has incredible value. I use it for a few things, including spraying neem oil on plants, citronella oil to keep mosquitoes at bay, watering (on the finest mist setting) seed trays, and applying diluted liquid fertilizer (in the jet setting for accuracy in targeting roots only) on orchids.I had never used sprayers before and there’s no instruction sheet, so at first I was slightly stumped, but it’s so simple once you figure it out: the center piece with a horizontal handle pumps air into the sprayer’s chamber in order to build up internal pressure for spraying. The little angled valve is for releasing that pressure; you pull it up and you’ll hear a hiss of air escaping. Once you let go, it snaps back into place so you don’t need to remember to close it. Finally, and I didn’t realize this until a few weeks into using it, the spray nozzle and the nozzle tip can both be removed from the sprayer by unscrewing. This last bit is important because substances like neem oil can get thick and cause minor clogs. So this is great that these parts can separate for a thorough cleaning, which I do after every use. This is not something that will get clogged and ruined like regular spray bottles.Another way this is better than standard spray bottles is that you don’t have to keep pulling the trigger repeatedly. The lever can stay down with not very much effort and the spray will be continuous. My hands don’t hurt like they do when I use spray bottles. Also, I found that you can have a bit of control via the pressure pump with how hard or forceful the spray comes out. Some seeds, like lettuce and kale, are planted at really shallow depths, and I like to not only water them on the nozzle’s softest mist setting, but also with less pressure from the pump. Either I give it fewer pumps or I release a little pressure from the valve. The spray comes out so gently that the soil and seeds do not get displaced or disturbed.Lastly, I want to note that the opening to the sprayer’s chamber is a bit of a tight fit for my hand to reach in and clean. I know I have small hands so folks with larger hands might need to use a cleaning sponge with a long handle.

Extremely Useful
I have a very large yard and many types of gardens. I first bought this to spot spray iron and fertilizer on new plantings and bushes. It is so useful and easy to handle! I learned how easy it is to disassemble and clean with soap and water. All of the blue plastic parts unscrew so soap can get in and dislodge remaining spray. It's very strong, yet light. Obviously durable and rust proof. The spray completely adjustable. The nozzle can be removed and cleaned if a speck of dirt clogs it.I'm now buying another one to use for weed killer (crab grass, nutsedge, morning glory runaways, etc.) I can even see a future for use with tree caterpillars, etc. even tho I hesitate to kill worms, lady bugs, spiders, preying mantises. It's definitely worth $12. If you are unsure, buy this one and bequeath it in your will with your cast iron and jewelry - it'll still be around after you're gone. ;)

Great sprayer, terrible smelling plastic container.
I bought this particular sprayer due to previous knowledge of this company's products. This little guy was bought to use in my quest for great BBQing of meats. The mouth on tge container is mych larger, so I can get in there to scrub out the apple juice. The pump is good, quick to build up pressure, and easy to relieve it in between uses. That's a great tip, BTW. Don't leave this one or, any sprayer pressurized. Pump it up, this one will tell you when your at max psi, by releasing the extra through the pressure relief valve on it. Then do your spritzing, relieve the pressure. One big plus on this one, is the metal nozzle tube. It's about 8" long, so you can get farther back in your grill, without too much arm exposed to the heat, or fire. The actual nozzle is plastic, so don't linger to long, too close to your heat source. The capacity is great for bbqing, about a quart or so. More than enough to use a few times, then refill between spritzing. Overall, I would recommend this one. As for longevity, I don't know. I've owned my for about a month. I'll update as it's history reveals pluses, and negatives.

I ❤️ this so much lol
All the reviews are right. I ❤️ this. I thought the emotions people were feeling about this seemed funny but oddly genuine so I admit it may have been the reviews that sold me but after getting mine I have to say I totally get it.How can people enjoy a sprayer so much you ask? Probably because its adorable yet sturdy. Inexpensive but surprisingly high-end. It reminds me of something vintage almost... as if it came from a time when things were made from heavier materials and lived in garages for a few generations.I got mine to spray my yard, floors and pretty much everything with hypochlorous acid that I make at home to prevent any covid particles from slowly murdering my family - since the pandemic I have been spraying so much disinfectant that my hands are over it so I thought something like this would be awesome. And it is.Pandemic Pro Tip:Fill this with hypochlorous acid and you have a cheap safe disinfect that you can douse your entire home in. I make it in the force of nature machine and I just ordered the ecolox because I’m obsessed with Hypochlorous acid for its killing ability + skin safety + environmentally friendly nature of hypochlorous acid - not to mention I can make it for pennies a bottle at home which is great now that we have to sterilize every last piece of anything now thanks to the life changing failures and ineptitude of the insane orange clown.
