Good Product with good customer support.
The package arrived intact and was packed well. The installation manual provided clear, step-by-step assembly instructions, including the position and quantity of each component. While assembling the stand, I found that one bracket had been mistakenly replaced with a similar but incorrect part. I contacted customer support, and their response was very prompt—they immediately couriered the correct replacement. The stand is now fully assembled and functional. It is a sturdy, well-built product, backed by excellent customer service.

Stronger than other ones in the market! but need star screw driver to assemble
This one is much more stronger than the other similiar ones in the market. Here the rods for the rack come ready made for you to assemble whereas other similar products you have to put the rods in and they always fall apart. Feels more sturdy and better quality. However assembly wasnt the easiest, took quite a bit of time and didnt come with a screw driver! You will a star screw driver to assemble
