I have been struggling for a really long time with my finger nails not just for vanity but for actual comfort and necessity they were splitting peeling almost like potato chips they were so fragile. The vitamin B complex has absolutely turned around I cannot believe how strong they are that they are growing I can cut them and file them and they’re back to normal

i am not sure if its a 100mcg pills. bc last time 100mcg pills were huge. and this time its only half the size. wondering if they put 50mcg in 100mcg bottles.
