Terrain Genesis 3D Printer PLA Filament Spool Holder Set with Bearings

I picked these up to hold my spool on top of the Lack enclosure for Prusa printer. They are well made and the bearings are smooth. The problem is, when the filament is near the outer edge of the spool, there is a lot of lateral pressure. I had 2 failed prints in 3 days because the spool was pulled sideways off the rollers. I think the issue is these 2 holders are not connected together. Great for various spool sizes, but makes them unstable and easy to tip over. I printed a 1 piece design and took the bearings out of these. No issues since.

I wanted to support a fellow maker, so I picked these up. When they arrived, one of the machine screws was undone, but it was easy to reassemble. I noticed that all could be tightened or loosened by hand. Solid printed parts, works as expected!

I just wanted to say, that after seeing issues with loose screws in another review, the following:Folks, it does no good to go to the expense of using nylon stop nuts, when the screws you are using are not long enough to engage the nylon ring that is the actual stopping mechanism in the nut.
