Quality PERFECT for kamado ovens
I have been using this pan on the big green egg and it's the perfect fit. Roasted full chicken on pan potatoes and vegetables excellent results.Also cooked paella on it in the egg, turned out well. Would recommend once you season it about 3 times it cleans well
