I love to make lemon butter cream sauces for my fish and lemon pepper seasonings so decided to try this and from the photo the granules looked larger than they really were. When I opened the package the strong lemon scent hit me and I knew this was going to have so much flavor and the granules were much finer than expected which has worked great for every use.

This is a great addition to my baking and cooking repertoire. The added flavor is a pleasant treat to my desserts.

Still using it, absolutely love it! Great value too!

The flavor is good. It's dried, so it expands in liquid. I wanted to use this instead of lemon zest but I'm not sure that's what it's for. I'm obviously not a pro in the kitchen. I hate zesting lol!

Sorry this did not have a lemon aroma at all. I did taste it and of course it did NOT taste like lemona at all, and was not zesty. I suggest you, try another brand or zest the lemon yourself. Do not waste your money, unless you like throwing money away. This really taste like cardboard.

I was rather surprised to open this pkg & find a BROWN product!! Doesn’t smell anything like a lemon, or even citrusy! I’m guessing it tastes ok. I use it in my husband’s morning smoothies & he has not complained! I think I will order the lemon zest POWDER next time & Hope to get something that meets my expectations! Can’t recommend;take your chances & be ur own judge!
