It was a bad idea! Nothing wrong with the restraint
I tried to use this item, without the "holding stand" that secures it. With the stand, the cost was prohibitive. Without it, it did not function very well, because I had to hold it in one hand while trying to groom my dog. It was a bad idea! Nothing wrong with the restraint. My idea to use it separately from its stand was a bad one!
